Privacy and deleting your account

Who sees what, how to leave a circle, and how to delete everything you posted.

Who sees what

• Everything you share is visible only to the circle it was shared in. There are no public profiles or links, and nothing is indexed by search engines.
• Photos and videos open through short-lived links, only after Family checks the viewer is in the circle.
• Children don't have accounts, and Komodo never alters or identifies them.

Hide or report

Tap the … menu on a post to hide that person's posts or to report the post. Reports go only to Family support; nobody in the family is told who reported.

Leave a circle

Leaving a circle removes your access at once. What you posted there stays with the circle unless you delete it or your account.

Delete your account

1. Tap Me.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your sign-in, profile, posts, replies and uploads are deleted. Without the app, see Delete your account. Want a copy first? Email hello@simplefamily.app.
