Delete your Simple Family account

Simple Family is made by Komodo AI LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Simple Family and tap Me.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@simplefamily.app from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email, phone, or Apple or Google link) and your profile: name, language and time zone.
• Your posts, replies and reactions are removed from every family, and their text, captions and transcripts are erased.
• Your family memberships, push notification tokens and notification history.

What is kept

• Posts other family members shared stay in their families.
• Crash reports and usage events are tied to a random account id, not to your name or email.
